Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data from HIMASYN at any time. Here is how:

If you are a customer or employee of a company that uses HIMASYN, or you messaged it on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram

1. Email privacidad@himasyn.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include your phone number or username, and the name of the company you were in contact with.
2. We verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days.
3. Data the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, tax receipts and employment records, is not deleted.
4. We confirm by email when the process is complete.

If you are a client company

Request deletion of your account by emailing privacidad@himasyn.com from the account administrator's email. Before it is deleted, you can request an export of your data.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove HIMASYN's access from Facebook: Settings → Business integrations, select HIMASYN and remove it. This cuts off access but does not delete what is already stored: for that, email the address above.
